Delivery Issues & Solutions
If you encounter any issues with delivery, here's what to do:
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier will attempt delivery 3 times. After that, the package will be returned to our facility. Contact us to reschedule delivery.
Wrong Address Provided
Contact us immediately if you provided an incorrect address. Address changes may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged Package
Do not accept damaged packages. Contact us immediately for assistance and we'll arrange a replacement.
Lost Package
Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days. We'll initiate an investigation with the courier.

International Customs & Duties
For international orders, please note the following regarding customs and duties:
DDP (Duty Paid)
We offer DDP shipping where all duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.
DDU (Duty Unpaid)
Standard option where recipient pays duties upon delivery.

We provide all necessary customs documentation with your shipment.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless DDP shipping is selected at checkout. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid to clear customs.

Do you offer Saturday/Sunday delivery?
Yes, we offer weekend delivery in major metro cities for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange weekend delivery.

What if I'm not available to receive my package?
The courier will leave a delivery attempt notice. You can reschedule delivery or collect from the nearest courier office.
