At Pegasus Jewels, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process. This policy outlines how refunds work, timelines, and what you can expect.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Item in original condition with all certificates
  • Original packaging and tags intact
  • Valid Return Authorization Number obtained

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Jewellery showing signs of wear or damage
  • Gift cards and store credits

Refund Process Timeline

Day 1-2: Return Initiation

Submit return request through our portal. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email.

Day 3-7: Package Return

Ship the item back using our prepaid label. International customers arrange their own shipping.

Day 8-10: Quality Inspection

We inspect the returned item upon receipt. This takes 1-2 business days.

Day 11-12: Approval & Processing

Refund is approved and processed to your original payment method.

Day 13-20: Funds Reflection

Refund appears in your account (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).

Important Refund Notes

Bank Processing Times

Once we process your refund, it may take additional 2-5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.

Currency Exchange

For international orders, refunds are issued in Indian Rupees. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

If only part of your order is returned, we refund the value of the returned items only. Shipping charges are not refunded for partial returns.

Refund by Payment Method

Credit/Debit Cards

Refunds are processed back to the original card. The refund appears on your next statement. Processing time: 7-10 business days.

UPI Payments

Refunds are processed to the linked bank account. Processing time: 3-5 business days for UPI refunds to reflect.

Net Banking

Refunds are processed to the bank account used for payment. Processing time: 5-7 business days.

Digital Wallets

Refunds are credited to your wallet balance. Processing time: 24-48 hours for wallet refunds.

Cash on Delivery

Refunds are processed via bank transfer. You must provide bank details for the refund. Processing time: 10-12 business days.
