Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund Eligibility (Accepted Cases)
Refunds are provided only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged item received (with unboxing video proof at the time of opening)

  • Missing items in package

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Used or mishandled items

  • Wrong address provided by customer
