At Pegasus Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewellery for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.
Original Condition
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all certificates and tags.
Jewellery showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.
Free Returns
We offer free return shipping for all domestic returns within India.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process in 4 Easy Steps
Initiate Return Request
Log into your account or use the return form below to start the return process. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Package Your Item
Pack the jewellery in its original box with all certificates, tags, and packaging materials. Include the return authorization slip.
Ship Your Package
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. Drop off at any authorized courier service center. International customers must arrange their own shipping.
Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days or ship your exchange within 2-3 business days.
Important Notes
- Returns without Return Authorization Number will not be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Sale items can only be exchanged, not returned for refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
